Carbon Offsetting - Global Warming Action to tackle Climate Emergency. Sustainability Keynote Speaker

Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Keynotes

Carbon offsetting is a vitally important, but controversial way to tackle climate change. Every business should consider carbon offsetting as an integral part of strategy and responsibility.

It allows one business to fund energy savings in another, and to use those savings as a credit or allowance against its own energy use. It works because it is often cheaper to save a ton of carbon in another company rather than your own. There are many challenges eg proving rapid, genuine benefit, preventing fraud.

Post / video made in 2008 - very accurate forecasting.

Cost of global warming - how to tackle the climate emergency. Future Green Tech Innovation - search for green power. Geopolitical conflicts and future wars linked to climate change pressures. Sustainability Keynote Speaker

Future GreenTech, Sustainability Keynote Speaker

Just 10 major innovations could reduce global carbon emissions by at least 25% by 2030, assuming very little political or economic change or major shifts in consumer behaviour. These are rough estimates with allowances for variable take-up in different parts of the world. Evidence linking human activity to climate change is now very compelling to most politicians, activists and opinion-formers world-wide. Regardless of whether the science turns out to be correct or not, it is emotion that will determine government action and business strategy. Munich-Re has estimated that action against global warming could cost 1% of global economic activity (GWP). It sounds huge but is only same as the world economy stalling for three months and then carrying on for the next three decades at the normal rate of growth.

Marketing to Older Consumers - 1.4 billion over 60 year old consumers by 2030. Future of Marketing Keynote Speaker. Ageing customers, strategies to target older consumers and other marketing trends. Why many companies fail in marketing to older people

Future Marketing Keynotes, Mobile,Digital Consumer

How to market to older consumers and grow your business. 1.4 billion people will be over 60 by 2030, up from 1 billion today.

Over 90,000 people have read this post, based on many marketing keynotes on reaching older people.

Many retail brands, travel companies and other businesses are starting to target older people much more actively – because there are so many of them, they are rapidly growing in number, and many of them also have money to spend.

Over 75% of all UK and American wealth is now owned by those over the age of 65 and most of them are women. So you could say that older women own most of America and the UK. In Italy by 2026 there will be over a million people living over the age of 90 – and this mainly female group will be large enough to decide every election result. We will see a similar situation in Germany and many other nations. Yet despite all this, most businesses fail to meet the needs of older people.

What will be the future of marketing?

What are future marketing trends for 2030?

What will advertising look like in 2025?

What will be the future of digital marketing in 2035?
